We invite you to call the school office at 897-8375 to order your information packet and to arrange a tour of our beautiful campus. Or, you can begin the enrollment process by reviewing the current TUITION SCHEDULE downloading the ENROLLMENT APPLICATION. You can email the application to trish@cottonwoodschool.org or return the application by mail along with the $20 processing fee to the school office at:

Upon admission, you will need to submit the following:
- copy of a birth certificate
- a current immunization record
- former school records (a records release form will be provided to you)
